Account & sign-in
Trouble signing up, signing in, resetting your password, verifying your identity, or closing your account. Include your registered email so we can find you faster.
Payments & payouts
Funding a job, completing identity verification with our payment partner Stripe, receiving payouts, refunds, or unexpected charges. For some payment issues we'll redirect you to Stripe Support directly, who handle account-level payment matters.
Disputes between Hirer and Worker
If you're in a dispute with someone you've worked with, the fastest path is to open a dispute through the app — log in, go to the job, click "Open dispute". A mediator picks it up within 48–72 hours. Email us only if you can't access the app or need to escalate something a mediator hasn't resolved.
Reporting fraud or abuse
If you think someone on Timetied is committing fraud, impersonating another person, posting illegal work, or otherwise abusing the platform, email us with the subject line "Report: [type]". We act on every report and respond within 24 hours. Serious cases are escalated to law enforcement where appropriate.
Bug reports
Something broken on the site? Let us know what happened, what you expected to happen, and roughly when it happened. A screenshot is gold. We don't always reply to bug reports immediately, but every one is logged and reviewed.
Privacy & data requests
To request a copy of your data, ask for deletion, or exercise any other right under UK GDPR, see our Privacy Policy or email us with the subject line "Privacy: [request type]". We respond within one calendar month as required by law.
